Personal Training
Meet Brenon Nash: Brenon is a senior studying Kinesiology with a focus on sports wellness management. His passion is creating a welcoming and encouraging space for people who are looking to enhance their fitness journey. He can help you reach your fitness goals in a fun and effective way. Stop by the MREC or schedule an appointment to chat about your goals, and he can put together a plan that works best for you! Brenon also handles the Rowdy Routines located inside the MREC. Nutrition Counseling
Meet Caroline Reed: Caroline is a graduate student passionate about nutritional sciences. She loves sharing tips on healthy eating and simple recipes that anyone can whip up. You can also catch her leading workout classes and sharing nutrition education at the MREC. Stop by the MREC or schedule an appointment to chat more about living a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Workplace Wellness
The Wellness Program is available to speak to your department on various topics including stress management, managing blood pressure, healthy eating, exercise information, tips for staying active at work, back health, and much more. These talks can be done for 10-15 minutes during meetings.

Are you interested in teaching an exercise class?
The Rec is currently looking for McNeese students to teach exercise classes in the Rec. If you are certified to teach a fitness class or have experience teaching, contact our office.
